About the Role
Armstrong Collective seeks a Digital Product Manager, CRM to define and evolve the CRM product for effective customer engagement. You will own the product lifecycle, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive business outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Contribute to developing the product vision and strategy aligned with company goals
- Engage regularly with guests, championing their voice in product decisions
- Build strong internal partnerships with engineering, design, marketing, sales, finance, and operations
- Conduct internal and external research to identify trends and opportunities
- Lead the product lifecycle from ideation to value realization
- Ensure products comply with relevant standards, security protocols, and regulatory requirements
- Establish and monitor OKRs to measure product success
- Drive a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years in product management or related roles
- CRM expertise and experience in maturing CRM capabilities
- Salesforce experience considered a strong asset
- Proficient in product operating model, agile methodologies, and product development lifecycle
- Experience in agile delivery methods and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field

Purpose
- The Digital Product Manager, CRM reports to the Director, Digital Product Management.
- Armstrong Collective is a leader in rail tourism, seeking an innovative IT Product Manager.
Key Areas of Accountability
- Strategic Leadership: Contribute to product vision and strategy.
- Guest Focus: Engage regularly with guests and champion their voice.
- Cross Functional Collaboration: Build strong internal partnerships.
- Market & Data Analysis: Conduct research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Product Development: Lead product lifecycle from ideation to value realization.
- Risk and Compliance: Ensure products comply with standards and regulations.
- Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor OKRs.
- Innovation: Drive a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years in product management or related roles.
- CRM expertise and experience in maturing CRM capabilities.
- Salesforce experience considered a strong asset.
- Proficient in product operating model, agile methodologies, and product development lifecycle.
- Experience in agile delivery methods and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams.
- Capacity to drive insights from quantitative and qualitative analysis.
- Strong MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Access experience.
Compensation
- Base salary offered: CAD 115,000 to CAD 125,000 per annum.
- Eligible for discretionary bonus program.
