Digital Product Analyst

Qualifications

• Two to four years of experience in product analysis, business analysis, CRM, data analytics, business operations, or a related field.
• Experience gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements for technology-enabled initiatives.
• Experience analyzing customer, operational, or business data and presenting actionable insights.
• Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, computer science, data analytics, finance, insurance, or a related discipline.
• Hold or be working toward a CBAP or CCBA designation.
• Knowledge of business analysis methodologies, requirements gathering, process mapping, and customer journey mapping.
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Insurance operations knowledge and French proficiency are assets.

Compensation

• Expected salary is $60,574 to $100,956.
• Additional incentive compensation may be available based on individual or business performance and other metrics.
