Digital Process Delivery Officer | 11175 | Permanent Contract | 37 hours per week | £37,280 to £39,152 per annum (Scale I) | County Hall / Hybrid Working
Help deliver better digital services through focused, sprint-based delivery.
Norfolk County Council is looking for a Digital Process Delivery Officer to join our Digital Customer Experience Team.
This is an exciting opportunity to help plan, build, test and release digital improvements through clear, structured sprint-based delivery.
You will work at the heart of digital transformation, helping services turn business needs into well-defined user stories, prioritised backlog items and practical digital processes.
Working closely with technical colleagues, service stakeholders, development teams and suppliers, you will support each stage of the sprint cycle — from discovery and refinement through to testing, deployment and review.
In this role, you will help keep digital delivery moving at pace by supporting sprint planning, backlog refinement, build activity, testing, release preparation and continuous improvement.
You will help ensure digital processes are well understood, well tested and ready to move confidently into live service.
We are looking for someone who is organised, delivery-focused and comfortable working in a sprint-based environment.
You will enjoy turning ideas and service needs into clear, manageable pieces of work and supporting the delivery of digital improvements.
You will have experience of designing or developing technical web forms or digital processes, and you will be confident working with requirements, user stories, testing activity and release processes.
