IQONIQ is urgently seeking an experienced Graphic Designer & UV Digital Printing Machine Operator / Store Keeper for full-time work in Dubai Investment Park. The role involves preparing and handling daily printing orders, quality control, inventory management, and coordinating with couriers.

Responsibilities
- Preparation, design and complete handling of daily printing and engraving orders
- Efficient, accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders
- Ensure smooth handover of daily orders to couriers including courier pickup or drop off
- Take photo and video of personalized orders as per company guidelines
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure accurate fulfillment of quality products
- Receiving of shipments including quantity check against PO and quality checks
- Periodical product inventory count as per company guidelines
- Periodical packaging inventory count as per company guidelines
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate deficiencies to team ahead of time
- Maintain an organized workspace to ensure efficient product movement
- Ensure security of the workspace and monitor stock levels to avoid theft/loss
Requirements

- Must be comfortable with technical hand work and willing to learn

Job Description
- We are in urgent need for an experienced Graphic Designer & UV Digital Printing Machine Operator to join us Full time in our office in Dubai Investment Park 1.
Basic Requirements
- High attention to detail.
- Fluent English speaker. Arabic is a plus.
- Must be comfortable with technical hand work and willing to learn.
- Must be experienced in Adobe photoshop tools, Canva, Google suite/MS Office. Shopify is a plus.
- Clear and respectful communication.
- Ability to handle pressure with a positive 'can do it' attitude.
Job Responsibilities

- Efficient, accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders with the goal of customers receiving their orders on time according to standard timelines.
- Responsible for ensuring smooth handover of daily orders to couriers including courier pickup from office or drop off to courier warehouse as needed.
- Taking photo and video of personalized orders as per company guidelines.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure accurate fulfillment of quality products.
