- Interpret the digital strategy and identify innovative solutions supporting strategy implementation
- Drive QAFCO's digital vision and strategy definition, acting as steward for the digital initiatives roadmap
- Identify and ideate digital business opportunities across the value chain
- Oversee development of an integrated digital budget and spend plan across relevant functions
- Identify synergies for developing and implementing digital solutions
- Review digital value realization (ROI) across functions
- Develop relevant digital expertise through a Center of Excellence model
- Oversee digital use case lifecycle delivery from design to full scale roll out
- Lead and oversee development of sustainable partnerships with innovation ecosystems
- Act as single point of contact and key advisor to executives for digital topics
- Represent QAFCO in local and global digital and innovation events
- Manage and evaluate portfolio/pipeline of innovative ideas
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience in digital implementation, innovation, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years in a managerial role
- Preferably within the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical Industry
- Certifications in project management, such as PMP, would be an advantage

Job Summary
- The Digital Office Manager holds a pivotal role in steering the organization's digital evolution.
- As the strategic leader overseeing digital initiatives, you will be at the forefront of innovation, responsible for driving the entire lifecycle of digital projects, from conception to realization.
- The Digital Office Manager reporting directly to the Chief Technical Officer (CTO) and collaborate closely with key stakeholders across the business.
- The primary focus will be on identifying emerging technologies and cutting edge processes and orchestrating their seamless integration into our business operations.
- Digital Office Manager will serve as the connection between conceptualizing transformative ideas and executing practical solutions.
- The role demands a visionary mindset and a proactive approach to problem solving.
Key Accountabilities
- To ensure interpreting the digital strategy and to identify innovative solutions supporting strategy implementation.
- Drive QAFCO's digital vision and strategy definition, acting as the steward for the digital initiatives' roadmap across the organization.
- Identify and ideate digital business opportunities across the value chain, based on strategic and operational challenges or threats observed within the organization.
- Oversee the development of an integrated digital budget and spend plan across relevant QAFCO functions, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Identify synergies for developing and implementing digital solutions, collaborating with respective owners to ensure cohesive integration.
- Review digital value realization (i.e., ROI) across functions, ensuring that digital investments align with business objectives and deliver tangible outcomes.
- Develop relevant digital expertise through a Center of Excellence model, tailored to meet evolving business needs and technological advancements.
- Oversee the digital use case lifecycle delivery, from design and prototyping to full scale roll out, ensuring seamless execution and integration into existing processes.
- Lead and oversee the development of sustainable partnerships with local and global innovation ecosystems, fostering collaboration and driving digital innovation within QAFCO.
- Act as the single point of contact and key advisor to relevant QAFCO executives for digital topics and the future of the business, providing strategic guidance and insights.
- Act as the face of QAFCO in local and global digital and innovation events, seminars, and associations, representing the organization and fostering relationships with key stakeholders in the digital ecosystem.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience in digital implementation, innovation, or a related field, with minimum 5 years in a managerial role, preferably within the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical Industry.
- Certifications in project management, such as PMP (Project Management Professional) would be added as an advantage.
