Medad is seeking an experienced Digital Merchandising Manager.
The role manages auction calendars, online auction setup, lot organization, merchandising, and day-to-day auction coordination.
Responsibilities
- Manage the auction calendar, online auction setup, lot organization, and digital merchandising.
- Coordinate daily auction activities across multiple auction categories.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Technology/Product, Finance, Operations, and category teams.
- Drive bidding activity, sell-through, and overall auction performance.
Experience and Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience in auction operations, e-commerce operations, marketplace management, merchandising, category operations, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and project-management skills are expected.
- Experience with online marketplaces or auction platforms is preferred.
- Understanding of digital merchandising, product presentation, and customer experience is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 15,000 to AED 20,000 per month.
Workplace
- The work location is in person.
