Role Description
The employer is seeking a strategic, analytical, and customer-focused Digital Merchandising Manager.
The role focuses on optimizing online product presentation, customer journeys, and digital shopping experiences.
The position manages how products are positioned, organized, and promoted across digital commerce channels.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage product listings, online collections, categories, navigation, promotional placements, and merchandising content.
- Plan and execute seasonal campaigns, product launches, promotions, and digital merchandising strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing, e-commerce, creative, product, and commercial teams.
- Use customer behavior, sales performance, and website analytics to improve product discovery, search performance, and content quality.
- Monitor key performance indicators, conduct performance reviews, and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Support testing and optimization initiatives and maintain digital merchandising standards.
- Ensure product information remains accurate, consistent, and commercially effective.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in E-commerce, Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, Retail, or a related field.
