Jamjoom Fashion seeks a Digital Merchandiser to support Nayomi and Nayomi Dream by managing onsite merchandising, catalogue optimization, product visibility, and digital trading execution.

Responsibilities
- Manage day to day merchandising and trading execution across Nayomi and Nayomi Dream websites
- Maintain product listings, catalogue accuracy, category setup, and onsite product visibility
- Execute merchandising activities including product sequencing, collection setup, homepage updates, onsite search, seasonal edits, and landing page management
- Support onsite SEO initiatives and collaborate with Marketing and Buying teams to create compelling product listings and promotional content
- Upload and validate product badges, monitor out of stock items, stock discrepancies, product fragmentation, and catalogue inconsistencies
- Conduct regular sitewalks to review content quality, navigation, product visibility, and overall customer experience
- Analyze sales performance, customer behavior, onsite engagement, and market trends to provide actionable merchandising insights
- Coordinate with web development teams to report and resolve website issues, bugs, UC concerns, and content discrepancies
- Benchmark competitor websites, promotions, and merchandising strategies to identify opportunities for improvement
- Support promotional campaigns, seasonal events, and trading activities to help improve traffic, conversion, average order value, and customer engagement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E Commerce, Digital Commerce, or a related field
- Minimum 3 5 years of experience in Digital Merchandising, E Commerce Trading, or Online Retail, preferably within fashion, beauty, or lifestyle
- Strong understanding of e commerce merchandising, customer journey optimization, digital trading principles, onsite search and product discoverability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Shopify, Google Analytics, SEO, E commerce reporting tools
- Experience using merchandising tools such as Bloomreach or Algolia is preferred
- Excellent Arabic and English writing skills, with a strong creative vocabulary
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Commercially minded with a strong customer first approach
- Analytical and data driven decision making
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Self motivated and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment

About the Role
- We are seeking a Digital Merchandiser to support Nayomi and Nayomi Dream by managing day to day onsite merchandising, catalogue optimization, product visibility, onsite search, and digital trading execution across our e commerce platforms.
- This role sits within the Digital team and is ideal for a commercially minded, detail oriented professional with strong e commerce merchandising experience and a customer first approach.
- You will be responsible for ensuring products are accurately categorized, optimized, and merchandised to support conversion, while working closely with Marketing, Merchandising, Buying, and Digital teams to deliver a consistent and commercially effective online experience.
