Role Description
Lead paid media initiatives with a strong focus on Google Ads, search engine marketing, campaign optimization, and digital customer acquisition.
Develop data-driven advertising strategies to improve visibility, generate qualified traffic, increase conversions, and maximize return on advertising investment.
Work with marketing, content, sales, analytics, and creative teams to support broader commercial goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Google Ads and paid search strategies.
- Manage Google Search, Display, Shopping, Video, Performance Max, and remarketing campaigns.
- Conduct keyword, search-term, competitor, audience, and market research.
- Create campaign structures, targeting strategies, bidding strategies, and advertising schedules.
- Write, test, and optimize search ad copy and promotional messaging.
- Monitor CTR, CPC, CPA, conversions, ROAS, revenue, and other performance metrics.
- Manage advertising budgets and improve campaign efficiency and return on investment.
- Run A/B tests across ads, landing pages, audiences, bids, and campaign settings.
- Analyze conversion tracking, attribution, customer journeys, and campaign performance.
- Implement remarketing and audience strategies to improve engagement, conversion, and retention.
- Collaborate with SEO, content, creative, sales, analytics, and web teams.
- Prepare performance reports, forecasts, insights, and recommendations for management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Google Ads, paid search, PPC, SEM, digital advertising, and performance marketing.
- Familiarity with campaign types, bidding, keyword targeting, audience targeting, conversion tracking, and remarketing.
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and digital performance measurement.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to interpret advertising data and identify actionable insights.
- Understanding of CTR, CPC, CPA, conversion rate, ROAS, impressions, and revenue metrics.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and digital advertising reporting tools.
- Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, optimization, communication, presentation, and budget-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns, priorities, and advertising objectives simultaneously.
- Recognized digital marketing certifications are advantageous but not mandatory.
Required Knowledge Areas
- Keyword research, search intent, ad copy optimization, landing-page performance, and campaign structure.
- Accurate tracking, reporting, campaign management, and commercial awareness.
- Google Ads features, advertising policies, algorithm changes, and emerging digital advertising practices.
Tracking and Measurement
- Support tracking implementation through Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking systems.
- Analyze attribution data and customer journeys to identify growth opportunities.
