Responsibilities
- Serve as the public facing representative of the company
- Manage incoming inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media platforms
- Introduce and explain programs to prospective students, parents, and corporate clients
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media channels
- Create and appear in promotional videos, reels, interviews, and educational content
- Capture and edit photos and videos of classes, workshops, and events
- Design basic marketing materials and social media graphics
- Coordinate digital marketing campaigns with management
- Maintain content calendars and posting schedules
- Monitor social media performance and audience engagement
- Support student enrollment activities and event promotions
- Assist in organizing workshops, seminars, and training programs
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business Administration, or related field
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong presentation and public communication skills
- Experience managing Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube
- Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar tools
- Photography and videography skills are highly preferred
- Ability to appear confidently in promotional videos and public events

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing social media channels, engaging with prospective students and parents, creating content, and supporting marketing initiativ
