We are looking for a creative, data-driven Digital Marketing & Video Specialist to elevate our brand's online presence. You will lead video production and editing, manage social media channels, and optimize digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok.

Responsibilities
- Plan, film, and edit engaging video content (product highlights, behind the scenes, customer testimonials)
- Optimize and adapt video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook
- Execute post production tasks including cutting raw footage, color grading, sound mixing, motion graphics, and subtitles
- Manage and organize the company's digital asset library and video files
- Develop and execute data driven digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and lead generation
- Manage and grow social media channels by posting high quality, relevant content
- Assist with SEO and SEM to enhance online visibility
- Set up, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads)
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics (ROI, CTR, engagement rates) and provide reports with actionable insights
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field
- 2 4 years of proven experience in a dual Digital Marketing and Video Editing role in Healthcare
- Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro)
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and email marketing platforms
- Strong understanding of social media trends and audience behaviors in UAE/GCC region
- Excellent storytelling ability, strong time management, and capacity to meet tight deadlines

- You will lead the charge in telling our brand's story through engaging multimedia, while optimizing campaigns across all major digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, film, and edit engaging video content (e.g., product highlights, behind the scenes, customer testimonials).
- Optimize and adapt video content specifically for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.
- Execute post production tasks, including cutting raw footage, color grading, sound mixing, adding motion graphics, and integrating subtitles/captions.
- Manage and organize the company’s digital asset library and video files.
- Develop and execute data driven digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive lead generation.
- Manage and grow social media channels by consistently posting high quality, relevant content.
- Assist with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) to enhance online visibility.

Qualifications & Skills
