We are looking for a creative and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
The goal is to increase brand awareness, grow followers, generate high-quality leads, and manage internal communication between teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage paid and organic marketing campaigns across digital platforms (Meta, Google, and others)
- Monitor and optimize advertising campaigns on a daily basis to achieve the best performance
- Develop clear strategies to increase followers and engagement across social media accounts
- Create and implement lead generation strategies while optimizing cost per lead
- Analyze data and prepare detailed performance reports for management
- Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness
- Coordinate with the design and content teams to produce effective marketing materials
- Manage internal communication between the marketing team and other departments (Sales, Customer Service, Management) to ensure message alignment and integration
- Organize meetings and follow-ups to ensure smooth workflow and execution of marketing plans
- Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently to achieve the highest possible ROI
- Design basic marketing creatives and collaborate on visual content production when needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns
- Strong knowledge of advertising platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Experience in growing social media accounts both organically and through paid strategies
- Strong analytical skills and experience using tools such as Google Analytics
- Proven experience in graphic design and creating marketing visuals (e.g., social media posts, ad creatives)
- Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or similar software
- Excellent planning, organization, and time management skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate across teams
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas
- Continuous and measurable growth in followers and engagement
- High-quality visual content aligned with marketing strategy
