Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, Apple Search Ads, LinkedIn, and X.
- Drive mobile app user acquisition through ASO, Apple Search Ads, deep linking, and re engagement campaigns.
- Set up and manage attribution and measurement using Adjust, GA4, Firebase, and multi touch attribution models.
- Conduct incrementality testing and analyze performance data to drive actionable insights.
- Develop and execute CRM and lifecycle marketing strategies using Insider, push notifications, email, and SMS.
- Implement SEO strategies including technical SEO, on page optimization, and backlink building.
- Manage organic social media content, community engagement, and influencer partnerships.
- Leverage AI tools like Claude for research, campaign analysis, and audience insights.
- Create weekly and monthly performance reports across all channels, providing insights and recommendations.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in Performance Marketing, Mobile App User Acquisition, Paid Media (Google, Meta, TikTok), Analytics (GA4/Firebase), and Growth Marketing.
- Experience in fintech, payments, digital wallets, or mobile app businesses is highly preferred.
- Hands on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Apple Search Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Proficiency in mobile app marketing including ASO, deep linking, and mobile user acquisition funnels.
- Experience with attribution tools like Adjust and understanding of multi touch attribution and incrementality testing.
- Proficiency in GA4, Firebase Analytics, and at least one product analytics tool (Mixpanel or Amplitude).
- Experience with CRM and lifecycle marketing tools like Insider, push notification strategy, email marketing, and SMS marketing.
- SEO knowledge including technical SEO, on page optimization, and off page strategies.
- Social media and content management skills including organic strategy, content calendar, short form video, community management, and influencer partnerships.
- Ability to use AI tools like Claude for research and analysis, and prompt engineering.
- Experience in performance reporting with metrics like CAC, ROAS, CPI, LTV, activation rate, retention rate.
