A fast-scaling IT services firm in Riyadh is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to own brand growth, lead generation, and pipeline acceleration through smart digital campaigns.

Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance driven digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic channels to drive qualified leads for IT service offerings
- Build and manage SEO/SEM strategies to increase organic visibility for high intent B2B keywords related to cloud, cybersecurity, and enterprise software solutions
- Design and automate email nurture flows using HubSpot or Mailchimp to convert leads through the funnel—from awareness to demo booking
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align messaging, create high converting landing pages, and A/B test CTAs, ad copy, and offer structures
- Track KPIs (CPL, ROAS, CAC, LTV) using GA4, Looker Studio, and CRM dashboards; report insights and adjust spend allocation weekly
- Run ABM style campaigns targeting strategic accounts using LinkedIn Ads, intent data, and personalized content journeys
Requirements
- Experience with Google Ads
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager
- Experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Experience with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz)
- Experience with GA4
- Experience with HubSpot
- Experience with Looker Studio
- Experience with UTM tagging
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot CRM) preferred
- Experience with marketing automation (Marketo, Pardot) preferred
- Experience in B2B SaaS or IT services vertical preferred

Skills & Qualifications
- Must Have: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz), GA4, HubSpot, Looker Studio, UTM tagging.
- Preferred: CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot CRM), Marketing automation (Marketo, Pardot), Experience in B2B SaaS or IT services vertical.
