Summary
We are seeking a highly analytical and performance-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Google and Meta platforms.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital advertising strategies, with a proven ability to deliver measurable results aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage paid media strategies across **Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)** and **Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)**
- Execute campaign setup, including audience segmentation, keyword targeting, bidding strategies, and budget allocation
- Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs), including ROI, CPA, and conversion rates
- Conduct in-depth performance analysis and prepare detailed reports with actionable insights
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and messaging
- Ensure accurate tracking and reporting through tools such as **Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager**, and Meta Business Manager
- Stay updated on platform changes, industry trends, and emerging digital marketing technologies
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns on **Google and Meta platforms**
- Strong knowledge of campaign optimization techniques, bidding strategies, and audience targeting
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as **Google Analytics**; experience with Tag Manager is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
- Must be **currently based in the UAE**
- Must hold a valid **sponsored visa** (own visa)
