Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and scale omni channel digital marketing strategies (SEO, DA, Backlinks, SEM, Paid Social, Email) aligned with business goals
- Manage and optimize multi platform paid advertising budgets across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager to ensure strong ROAS
- Plan and execute A/B testing frameworks across landing pages and ad copies to improve conversion rates
- Plan, create, and oversee compelling content calendars for Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X
- Monitor, measure, and report on performance of all digital marketing campaigns using Google Analytics 4, SEMrush, Moz
- Oversee SEO efforts including keyword research, on page optimization, and technical audits
- Design and implement targeted email marketing campaigns including audience segmentation, drip sequences, and newsletter creation
Requirements
- 3 5 years of demonstrable, hands on experience in digital marketing, specifically handling SEO/SEM, paid media, and content execution
- Strong working knowledge of web analytics (Google Analytics) and ad serving/manager tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
- Exceptional ability to number crunch, study user behavior metrics, and align data with strategies
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling abilities with superb written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Self starter attitude, high adaptability to rapidly changing digital algorithms, and strong capacity to multitask

- We are looking for a highly skilled, data driven, and creative Digital Marketing Expert to lead and scale our online presence.
- You will be the core strategist and execution driver behind our brand’s digital footprint, customer journey, and lead generation funnels.
- The ideal candidate is obsessed with maximizing ROI, loves diving into analytics, and knows exactly how to leverage modern digital tools to acquire and retain customers.
Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Campaign Management
- Develop, execute, and scale omni channel digital marketing strategies (SEO, DA, Backlinks, SEM, Paid Social, Email) aligned with overarching business goals.
- Manage and optimize multi platform paid advertising budgets across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager to ensure a strong Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Plan and execute A/B testing frameworks across landing pages and ad copies to continuously improve conversion rates and optimize user funnels.
Content & Social Media
- Plan, create, and oversee compelling content calendars for Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X that resonate with the target audience and elevate brand awareness.
- Collaborate with internal creative teams or external agencies to ensure cohesive, brand aligned visual and written messaging.
Analytics & SEO
- Monitor, measure, and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics 4, SEMrush, Moz.
- Oversee Search Engine Optimization (SEO) efforts, including keyword research, on page optimization, and technical audits, to drive organic traffic growth.
- Translate raw data and metrics into actionable insights to adjust campaigns in real time.
Email Marketing & Automation
- Design and implement targeted email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, drip sequences, and newsletter creation via platforms like HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 3 5 years of demonstrable, hands on experience in digital marketing, specifically handling SEO/SEM, paid media, and content execution.
- Platform Expertise: Strong working knowledge of web analytics (Google Analytics) and ad serving/manager tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
- Analytical Mindset: Exceptional ability to number crunch, study user behavior metrics, and align data with strategies.
- Communication: Excellent copywriting and storytelling abilities with superb written and verbal communication skills.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Certifications: Nice to have: Google Analytics, Google Ads, or HubSpot Inbound Certifications.
- Soft Skills: A self starter attitude, high adaptability to rapidly changing digital algorithms, and a strong capacity to multitask.
