- Conduct weekly search term audits and negative keyword management
- Maintain GTM/Pixel tracking end to end and UTM governance across Shopify + CRM
- Generate weekly KPI reports on content output, ad performance, engagement
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven experience running paid performance ads (Meta/Google)
- Active portfolio demonstrating use of AI to cut creative production times
- Highly autonomous, data disciplined, and proactive mindset
- Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager, Google Search Console
- Basic navigation of Shopify and CRM
- Generative AI toolkit proficiency
- Video editing skills to edit raw mobile event footage into ads

Position Overview
- We are seeking a forward thinking, highly efficient Digital Marketing Specialist to handle creative production, social media, performance marketing & ad management, and reporting.
Creative Production
- AI generated ad variants (image/video); weekly SEO long form articles (wellness/biometric clusters)
- Edit raw event/mobile footage into ad ready assets
Social Media
- Publish content calendar across Social Media Channels
Performance Marketing & Ad Management
- Structure, launch, manage multi channel paid campaigns (Meta, Google Ads)
- Weekly search term audits, negative keyword management
- GTM/Pixel tracking maintained end to end; UTM governance across Shopify + CRM
Reporting
- Weekly KPI reports: content output, ad performance, engagement, and other relevant KPIs
Technical Skills Requirements
- Paid Media: Meta Ads Manager (Andromeda protocol standard), Google Ads Manager, and Google Search Console, AI Related tools
- E Commerce & CRM: Basic navigation of Shopify and CRM (tracking pipelines, links, and UTM configurations)
- Generative AI Toolkit (Required Proficiency)
- Video Editing: Edit raw mobile event footage into high impact ads
Qualifications & Profile
- Experience: 3+ years of proven experience running paid performance ads (Meta/Google) with an active portfolio demonstrating how you use AI to cut creative production times in half.
- Mindset: Highly autonomous, data disciplined, and proactive. You prefer to run a lean, automated process rather than relying on heavy agency dependencies.
