Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive performance media strategy focused on customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth across various digital channels
- Plan, launch and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube and programmatic networks to ensure optimal ROI
- Oversee and manage advertising budget, ensuring efficient allocation and expenditure to maximise campaign performance
- Establish and refine processes, systems and ways of working to ensure efficient campaign implementation and execution
- Execute email campaign and automation flow strategy in collaboration with marketing team and ecommerce developer
- Implement and execute SEO strategy for the brand
- Track, measure and analyze campaign performance using digital tools; generate actionable insights and provide data driven recommendations for campaign optimization
- Work closely with the marketing and ecom team to develop compelling, on brand, ad creatives and messaging
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging marketing technologies; conduct competitor analysis
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience in performance marketing, with a focus on retail or e commerce
- Proficiency in using digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data driven decisions
- Adept at A/B testing and optimizing campaign performance
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Creative thinking and problem solving abilities
- Arabic is a bonus

Role Overview
- LC is seeking an experienced and results orientated Digital Marketing Specialist to oversee and execute all paid and digital marketing.
- This role will play a pivotal role in driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, and brand awareness through data driven performance marketing strategies.
- You will collaborate with cross functional teams to develop and execute performance marketing campaigns, analyze data, optimize campaigns, and identify opportunities for growth.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of performance marketing, strong analytical skills. Experience/Knowledge of the GCC landscape is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Performance Media Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive performance media strategy focused on customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth across various digital channels (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Youtube and programmatic networks).
- Campaign Management: Plan, launch and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Meta, Google Ads,TikTok, Snapchat, Youtube and programmatic networks to ensure optimal ROI.
- Budget Management: Oversee and manage advertising budget, ensuring efficient allocation and expenditure to maximise campaign performance.
- Operational Excellence: Establish and refine processes, systems and ways of working to ensure efficient campaign implementation and execution. Develop best practices for campaign set up, monitoring and optimization, driving consistent and repeatable success.
- Email: Execute email campaign and automation flow strategy in collaboration with marketing team and ecommerce developer.
- SEO: implement and execute SEO strategy for the brand.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track, measure and analyze campaign performance using digital tools (Google Analytics, Business Manager etc). Generate actionable insights and provide data driven recommendations for campaign optimization.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and ecom team to develop compelling, on brand, ad creatives and messaging. Align performance marketing efforts with product launches, promotions, key calendar moments and broader marketing strategies.
- Competitor Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging marketing technologies. Conduct competitor analysis to identify strengths and weaknesses and adapt strategies accordingly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in performance marketing, with a focus on retail or e commerce.
- Proficiency in using digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant tools.
