Role Description

  • The Digital Marketing Specialist is a full time, on site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
  • Responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to strengthen Cool & Cool’s brand presence and drive engagement across international markets.
  • Daily activities include managing social media channels, creating and scheduling content, monitoring online campaigns, and analyzing performance using web analytics tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align digital initiatives with overall marketing strategies, coordinate online promotions, and ensure consistent brand messaging across platforms.
  • Stay current with digital trends, identify opportunities for growth, and prepare regular performance reports and recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Strong Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing skills.
  • Solid Digital Marketing expertise, including campaign planning, execution, and optimization across multiple platforms.
  • Web Analytics skills to track, interpret, and report on digital performance and user behavior.
  • Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration, content creation, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Relevant experience in FMCG or consumer brands, especially within the Middle East region, is beneficial.
  • Proficiency with key digital tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools, advertising dashboards) is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast paced environment.
