Role Description

  • The Digital Marketing Specialist role is a full time, on site position based in Qatar.
  • The specialist will plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to promote CARMEL GROUP WLL’s products and services across online channels.
  • Daily tasks include managing social media accounts, creating and scheduling content, monitoring campaign performance, and analyzing web analytics.
  • The role involves coordinating online marketing activities, such as email campaigns, search and display advertising, and updates to the company website.
  • The specialist will collaborate with sales and management teams to align digital initiatives with business goals and maintain consistent brand messaging.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, including planning and executing integrated campaigns.
  • Experience with Social Media Marketing across major platforms and content creation for digital channels.
  • Ability to interpret Web Analytics, track campaign performance, and generate actionable insights.
  • Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, for collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
  • Relevant bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, social media management platforms, and basic design or content tools.
  • Proven ability to work on site, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
  • Experience in B2B or industrial sectors, particularly automotive or heavy equipment, is an advantage.
