- Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns with strong ROI
- Create and optimize lead generation funnels
- Perform keyword research and competitor analysis
- Manage SEO activities including On Page, Off Page, and Technical SEO
- Improve website ranking and organic traffic
- Create engaging marketing content and campaign strategies
- Monitor campaign performance and provide reports
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing
- Strong experience in lead generation campaigns
- Excellent knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads, and SEO tools
- Ability to generate quality leads and conversions
- Knowledge of website optimization and analytics
- Creative thinking and marketing strategy skills
- Experience in construction industry marketing is an advantage

About Us
- Sajid Habib Building Contracting LLC is a Dubai based construction company specialized in villa construction, extensions, warehouses, swimming pools, padel courts, renovation, fit out, steel structure, and MEP works.
- We are looking for an experienced and result oriented Digital Marketing Specialist who can generate genuine construction leads through digital marketing platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate high quality leads through Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns with strong ROI.
- Create and optimize lead generation funnels.
- Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Manage SEO activities including On Page, Off Page, and Technical SEO.

Salary & Benefits
- Salary: AED 2,000 per month.
- Accommodation Allowance: AED 500.
