First Star Computer seeks a Digital Marketing Specialist to develop and execute digital marketing strategies, generate B2B and B2C leads, and manage social media channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a digital marketing strategy aligned with company sales targets.
- Generate qualified B2B and B2C leads through digital marketing campaigns.
- Manage and improve social media channels and online presence.
- Create engaging content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and produce videos, posts, articles, campaigns, and promotional content.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns such as Google Ads and social media ads.
- Monitor leads and coordinate with the sales team for proper follow-up and conversion.
- Analyze campaign performance and continuously improve results.
- Prepare a weekly marketing report covering leads, campaigns, engagement, costs, conversions, and overall performance.
- Research new digital marketing opportunities and channels to help the company reach its targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Strong experience in lead generation and performance marketing.
- Experience with B2B and B2C marketing.
- Good knowledge of Google Ads, social media advertising, SEO, email marketing, and analytics.
- Strong content creation skills, including social media posts and video content.
- Ability to develop and execute a strategy independently.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Good English communication skills.
