- Plan, develop, and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across all platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Snapchat, and Twitter/X.
- Manage and optimize
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- campaigns — including audience targeting, A/B testing, retargeting, and budget optimization for real estate lead generation.
- Create, manage, and optimize
Google Ads
- campaigns — Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max — with a focus on maximizing ROI.
- Run
Pay-Per-Click (Ppc)
- advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, monitor performance metrics, and report on KPIs regularly.
- Generate high-quality, qualified leads for real estate properties — residential, commercial, and off-plan — using targeted digital funnels and landing pages.
- Produce and edit professional
- marketing videos
- for property showcases, reels, shorts, ads, and brand storytelling using tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut.
- Design visually compelling
- social media posts, banners, brochures, and ad creatives
- using Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools.
- Handle
