Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the company’s real estate marketing strategy
- Build and establish the marketing department and related processes
- Plan, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns
- Generate qualified buyer and seller leads
- Manage Property Finder, Bayut, and real estate portal marketing activities
- Oversee social media content, branding, and digital presence
- Coordinate with brokers and sales teams to support project launches and campaigns
- Track campaign performance and prepare marketing reports
- Work closely with management to support the company’s growth strategy
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in real estate marketing in the UAE
- Strong experience in Meta Ads and lead generation campaigns
- Experience with Property Finder, Bayut, and real estate portals
- Knowledge of Abu Dhabi real estate market preferred
- Experience in branding and building marketing systems and processes
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
- Leadership mindset with ability to build and grow a marketing team
