About the Role
OjuBju is hiring a Digital Marketing Sales Specialist to own the full client acquisition lifecycle, from lead generation to closing and payment follow-up.

Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients through LinkedIn, email, referrals, and outbound research
- Conduct discovery calls via Google Meet to understand client business goals and requirements
- Prepare and send quotations/proposals and follow up consistently with prospects
- Close deals and convert prospects into paying clients
- Ensure smooth transition from sales to delivery team and coordinate kickoff
- Send invoices and payment reminders, follow up on milestone and overdue payments
- Maintain all leads and deals in ClickUp CRM and update pipeline stages accurately
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in sales, business development, or account management
- At least 1 year experience in a digital marketing agency, web development company, or advertising agency
- Experience selling digital services (websites, SEO, social media, ads, etc.)
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Experience with B2B clients and consultative selling
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting and cold outreach

Role Overview
- We are hiring a Digital Marketing Sales Specialist to own the full client acquisition lifecycle — from lead generation to closing and payment follow up.
- This is a revenue ownership role, not a support or admin position.
End to End Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients through LinkedIn, email, referrals, and outbound research
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects
- Conduct targeted outreach and initial engagement
- Qualify leads based on business needs and budget fit
- Conduct discovery calls via Google Meet
- Understand client business goals and requirements
- Identify pain points and propose suitable solutions
- Position OjuBju services effectively based on client needs
- Prepare and send quotations/proposals (with templates provided)
- Follow up consistently with prospects
- Handle objections and negotiation
- Close deals and convert prospects into paying clients
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in sales, business development, or account management
- At least 1 year experience in a digital marketing agency, web development company, or advertising agency
- Experience selling digital services (websites, SEO, social media, ads, etc.)
