Responsibilities
- Monitor the performance of digital services through business and marketing KPIs
- Analyze campaign and business performance to identify optimization opportunities
- Conduct competitive analysis and benchmark market trends
- Prepare regular business and performance reports with actionable recommendations
- Coordinate and optimize digital marketing campaigns across acquisition channels
- Ensure campaigns are executed on time and aligned with business objectives
- Support creation of marketing materials and localized messaging for Saudi market
- Coordinate launch of new services, marketing initiatives, and operational projects
- Act as main point of coordination between Business Development, Technical, Product, Marketing and Operations teams
- Monitor day to day operational performance and proactively resolve issues
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners

Main Responsibilities
- Monitor the performance of digital services through business and marketing KPIs (traffic, conversion, revenue, customer acquisition, retention, etc.).
- Analyze campaign and business performance to identify optimization opportunities and improve overall service profitability.
- Conduct competitive analysis, benchmark market trends and identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare regular business and performance reports with actionable recommendations.
- Coordinate and optimize digital marketing campaigns across acquisition channels.
- Ensure campaigns are executed on time and aligned with business objectives.
- Support the creation of marketing materials and localized messaging adapted to the Saudi market.
- Continuously monitor campaign performance and recommend optimization actions.
- Coordinate the launch of new services, marketing initiatives and operational projects.
- Act as the main point of coordination between Business Development, Technical, Product, Marketing and Operations teams.
- Follow up on project deliverables, timelines and dependencies to ensure successful execution.
- Monitor day to day operational performance and proactively resolve issues impacting business results.
