We are hiring an experienced Digital Marketing Manager with mandatory UAE real estate marketing experience.
Only candidates with previous real estate experience in the UAE market will be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns
- Generate high-quality leads for property sales and leasing
- Handle social media marketing and content creation
- Manage Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle listings and promotions
- Monitor campaign performance, ROI, CPL & analytics
- Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead conversion
- SEO and website optimization
- Create marketing strategies for off-plan and secondary market properties
- Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 3 years UAE Real Estate Digital Marketing experience is mandatory
- Strong experience in lead generation and performance marketing
- Expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and social media campaigns
- Experience with Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle platforms
- Knowledge of CRM systems and analytics tools
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Arabic & English preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Immediate joiners preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
