Responsibilities
- Optimize lead generation through SEO, SEM, Meta Ads, social media, email, SMS, and WhatsApp marketing
- Plan and execute Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter, WhatsApp, and WeChat campaigns
- Develop and manage content strategies, website updates, email campaigns, and social media presence
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and campaign performance, providing strategic recommendations
- Manage software installations, email setup, troubleshooting, and digital tool optimization
- Work closely with Sales and Customer Service teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing and lead generation, preferably in real estate
- Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, PPC, and content marketing
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (Google Analytics) and social media tracking platforms

Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Lead Generation & Digital Marketing Expert with a strong IT background to drive our real estate brokerage’s online presence, lead generation, and digital marketing strategies.
- The ideal candidate will execute SEO, SEM, paid advertising (including Meta Ads), social media marketing, and content strategies, while also managing IT related tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Conversion: Optimize lead generation through SEO, SEM, Meta Ads, social media, email, SMS, and WhatsApp marketing, ensuring high conversion rates.
- Digital Marketing Strategy: Plan and execute Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, Twitter, WhatsApp, and WeChat campaigns, integrating PPC, display ads, and paid search.
- Content & Social Media Management: Develop and manage content strategies, website updates, email campaigns, and social media presence to drive engagement and brand visibility.
- Market Analysis & Reporting: Track market trends, competitor activities, and campaign performance, providing strategic recommendations and timely reports to management.
- IT & Technical Support: Manage software installations, email setup, troubleshooting, and digital tool optimization to ensure smooth marketing operations.
- Cross Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales and Customer Service teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
