Role Description

  • We are seeking a strategic, creative, and performance driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead digital marketing initiatives.
  • This role is responsible for managing integrated digital marketing strategies across multiple online channels while leveraging data and technology to maximize campaign effectiveness and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans covering websites, search engines, social media, email marketing, content marketing, paid media, and other digital platforms.
  • Define campaign objectives, develop content strategies, coordinate cross channel campaigns, and ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze customer behavior and market trends, and use data driven insights to optimize marketing activities.
  • Oversee SEO, SEM, paid advertising, marketing automation, CRM initiatives, conversion rate optimization, lead generation, customer lifecycle marketing, and web analytics.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, design, business development, and executive teams to align marketing initiatives with organizational objectives.
  • Manage marketing budgets, establish KPIs, evaluate new digital technologies, oversee external agencies or vendors, and drive continuous improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Media, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related discipline.
  • Professional certification in Digital Marketing, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM, Content Marketing, or related disciplines is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategy, brand management, performance marketing, customer acquisition, and integrated marketing communications.
  • Familiarity with SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, CRM platforms, marketing automation systems, CMS, and web analytics tools.
  • Understanding of customer journey mapping, conversion optimization, lead generation, campaign performance measurement, and digital marketing KPIs.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong leadership, project management, and cross functional collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to analyze complex marketing data and translate insights into effective business strategies.
  • High level of creativity, adaptability, professionalism, and customer focused thinking.
  • Commitment to continuous learning, innovation, and delivering measurable marketing performance.
