Responsibilities
- Plan, create, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns
- Manage Meta Ads campaigns for buyer, seller, rental, and off plan lead generation
- Manage Google Ads Search campaigns
- Conduct keyword and audience research
- Develop campaign strategies based on business goals
- Create and optimize campaign structures
- Write or review ad copy
- Work closely with designers to develop high performing creatives
- Implement and verify conversion tracking
- Configure attribution and reporting
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements
- Produce weekly and monthly performance reports
Requirements

Role Overview
- We’re looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist with hands on experience running lead generation campaigns for the Dubai real estate market.
- This is not a general digital marketing role. We’re looking for someone who understands the unique challenges, compliance requirements, and lead generation strategies used by Dubai real estate agencies and developers.
Required Experience
- 2–3+ years of hands on experience running paid advertising campaigns for Dubai real estate companies, brokerages, developers, or property marketing agencies
- Strong experience generating qualified buyer, seller, rental, and off plan leads
- Proven experience managing advertising budgets and optimizing campaign performance
- Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market
Platform Experience
- Must have experience with: Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Performance Max preferred)
- Nice to have: LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, X (Twitter) Ads

- Experience working with lead generation funnels
- Understanding of sales attribution and conversion optimization
- Experience with landing page builders and CRO
- Strong analytical mindset
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast paced startup environment
