Role Description

  • We are seeking a strategic, creative, and results driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of digital marketing initiatives that enhance brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and accelerate business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and brand positioning
  • Plan, manage, and optimize campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, display advertising, and other digital channels
  • Oversee website performance, user experience, content strategy, and conversion rate optimization initiatives
  • Analyze campaign performance using web analytics and marketing metrics, providing actionable recommendations to improve ROI
  • Manage digital advertising budgets and maximize campaign effectiveness across multiple platforms
  • Develop customer acquisition, lead generation, engagement, and retention strategies through digital channels
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend monitoring to identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with product, sales, design, and content teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns
  • Prepare regular marketing reports and present performance insights to support business decisions
  • Ensure brand consistency and compliance with digital marketing best practices across all online touchpoints
  • Stay current with emerging digital technologies, AI driven marketing tools, and industry trends to drive innovation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, online advertising, and conversion optimization
  • Familiarity with web analytics platforms, CRM systems, content management systems, and marketing automation tools
  • Excellent analytical, creative, and problem solving skills
  • Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to interpret marketing data and translate insights into effective business strategies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing platforms
  • Customer centric mindset with a passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and digital transformation
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced and dynamic environment
