Responsibilities
- Build, launch, and scale paid campaigns across Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads for multiple client accounts
- Own the full funnel: targeting, creative testing, landing/consult pages, lead quality, and cost per booked consult
- Optimise daily against ROAS, CPL, and consult to case conversion — not just clicks
- Develop and test ad creative and messaging angles in partnership with our creative team
- Manage budgets responsibly across accounts and report performance clearly
- Work inside our Patient Uplift AI system (lead capture, follow up automation, attribution) to tighten the path from ad to booked case
- Deliver weekly and monthly reporting: statistics plus the actions taken (new creatives, campaigns tested, account changes)
Requirements
- 3+ years running paid acquisition (Meta + Google) with direct response / lead gen results you can prove
- Deep command of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads — bidding, audiences, pixels/conversions, testing frameworks
- Strong analytical instinct: comfortable with attribution, CPL/ROAS math, and funnel diagnostics
- Experience managing meaningful ad budgets and multiple accounts at once
- Bias toward ownership and accountability — you chase the outcome, not just the task

What You'll Do

What You Bring
