Role Description

  • The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, generate leads, improve customer engagement, and drive business growth.
  • This role leads digital campaigns across multiple channels while leveraging data driven insights to maximize marketing effectiveness and achieve organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Planning and managing digital marketing strategies across channels such as SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, paid advertising, influencer marketing, and marketing automation.
  • Developing campaign plans, managing budgets, defining target audiences, and ensuring marketing initiatives align with business goals and brand positioning.
  • Overseeing the creation and distribution of digital content, including website content, social media campaigns, email communications, advertisements, landing pages, and promotional materials.
  • Collaborating with content creators, designers, product teams, sales teams, and external partners to deliver consistent messaging and engaging customer experiences.
  • Monitoring and analyzing digital marketing performance using key metrics such as website traffic, conversion rates, CAC, ROI, engagement rates, and campaign performance indicators.
  • Preparing reports, identifying optimization opportunities, and implementing data driven improvements.
  • Managing digital marketing tools, platforms, and technologies while staying updated on emerging trends.
  • Supporting market research, competitor analysis, brand development, customer segmentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategy, SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, paid advertising, analytics, and customer acquisition methodologies.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, advertising platforms, CRM systems, marketing automation software, CMS, and reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and make data driven recommendations.
  • Knowledge of digital customer journeys, audience segmentation, marketing funnels, brand management, campaign optimization, marketing analytics, and performance measurement frameworks.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Strong creativity, adaptability, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities.
