Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute **digital marketing strategies** across SEO, SEM, and social media
- Manage and optimize **paid advertising campaigns** (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
- Oversee **content marketing**, email campaigns, and lead generation funnels
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like **Google Analytics** and generate reports
- Improve website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI
- Lead and mentor the marketing team
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing strategies
- Stay updated with the latest **digital marketing trends and tools**
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 4–7 years of experience in **digital marketing or performance marketing**
- Strong knowledge of **SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and analytics tools**
- Experience with **Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM platforms**
- Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
