Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced **Digital Marketing Manager** to lead our marketing strategies, drive brand growth, and manage campaigns across email, social media, and digital channels.
This role combines creativity, data-driven decision-making, and leadership to ensure our marketing efforts deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies for email campaigns, social media, SEO, and paid advertising.
- Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns, including automation, segmentation, and analytics.
- Analyze campaign performance using KPIs and generate actionable insights for improvement.
- Lead the digital marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance reviews.
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on email campaigns and analytics.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, social media management, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
