The Digital Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ajman Emirate, United Arab Emirates.
The role plans, executes, and optimizes digital campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive membership growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage social media channels and develop content and promotional strategies.
- Monitor web analytics, user behavior, campaign performance, conversions, and return on investment.
- Coordinate online advertising and implement and improve SEO strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams and instructors on campaigns for fitness programs, events, and member success stories.
- Generate reports and recommend improvements to support business objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong digital marketing and marketing skills for designing and implementing online campaigns.
- Strong social media marketing skills for platform management, audience engagement, and community building.
- Lead generation skills to attract prospects and convert them into active clients.
- Web analytics skills for measuring performance, analyzing behavior, and optimizing strategies.
- Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively on-site.
- Proficiency with social media management tools, advertising managers, and email marketing software.
Preferred qualifications
- A relevant bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is beneficial.
- Fitness, wellness, hospitality, sports, B2B, or B2C experience is advantageous or a plus.
- Familiarity with local market trends is advantageous.
