Digital Marketing Lead

Webinar and Social Marketing

• Plan, promote, produce, host, and follow up on at least one webinar each month.
• Manage the full webinar lifecycle, including topics, speakers, landing pages, email promotion, attendees, live hosting, recordings, and follow-up.
• Repurpose webinars into videos, blog posts, social clips, email content, and short-form educational assets.
• Manage Astiva AI's LinkedIn page and X account, including at least three posts per week on each platform.
• Draft founder-led LinkedIn content and coordinate visual assets with the Creative Intern.

Team Management and Reporting

• Manage and mentor two junior marketing team members, assign weekly deliverables, and review execution quality.
• Create repeatable processes, checklists, templates, reporting systems, and capability development for junior staff.
• Own the weekly marketing performance dashboard covering GA4, search, email, social, AI citations, tool usage, webinars, and trials.
• Set up UTM tracking, conversion attribution, and GA4 event tracking, then present monthly performance reviews.

Required Qualifications

• 4–6 years of B2B SaaS digital marketing experience.
• Proven technical SEO experience, including crawlability, Core Web Vitals, structured data, site architecture, and internal linking.
• Hands-on AEO, GEO, AI search optimisation, or content optimisation experience for AI-generated answers.
• Experience hosting, producing, or managing webinars and live online events, with confidence presenting on camera.
• Strong content strategy, writing, editing, quality assurance, and content-calendar management skills.
• Proficiency with Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs or Semrush, and email platforms such as Brevo or HubSpot.
• Strong analytical ability, experience mentoring junior staff, excellent English, independence, and ownership.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience at an AI, SEO SaaS, B2B SaaS, or MarTech company.
• Familiarity with AI Search Visibility, AISO, AEO, GEO, or competitive intelligence platforms.
• Experience with programmatic SEO, entity SEO, topical authority, advanced schema markup, or content-cluster frameworks.
• Experience with podcast, video, webinar production, original research, benchmark reports, product-led growth, or free-tool marketing.
• An MBA or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Success and Company Context

Compensation

• Pay is ₹400,000–₹600,000 per month.

Work Location

• The role is hybrid remote in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
