Job Purpose

  • The Digital Marketing Lead supports the Digital Marketing Section Head in implementing and delivering the museum’s digital marketing strategy across all digital verticals. The role has a strong executional and project leadership focus, with particular emphasis on influencer and celebrity management,

Responsibilities

  • Manage influencers and celebrities via appointed agencies, ensuring brand alignment, compliance, campaign delivery, and performance reporting.
  • Lead end to end production of photo and video assets, manage suppliers, ensure quality delivery, and oversee digital asset governance across the museum.
  • Support paid media strategy and execution with agencies, including briefing, optimisation, budget pacing, performance tracking, and reporting.
  • Lead end to end digital campaign delivery across owned, paid, and earned channels, coordinating stakeholders, optimising performance, and contributing to insights and reporting.
  • Support social media strategy, daily operations, content governance, creative development, performance review, and optimisation across platforms.
  • Support content optimisation and updates across website and app based on performance data, user behavior, and campaign needs.
  • Support CRM planning and execution, including audience led campaigns and bilingual email content development.
  • Support digital signage content and digital survey creation, deployment, and analysis.
  • Contribute to cross channel digital marketing reporting, insights dashboards, and reporting platform development.
  • Support digital innovation initiatives, pilot projects, workflow optimisation, and the use of AI tools in line with the museum’s digital roadmap.
  • Support RFPs, agency onboarding, budget and KPI tracking, timelines, approvals, documentation, and governance processes.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within museums, cultural and tourism.
  • Proven experience working with agencies and managing multiple digital workstreams simultaneously.
  • Experience supporting campaigns, content production and paid media delivery.
  • Experience in influencer and celebrity management.
