Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple online platforms.
- Manage social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.
- Plan, create, and optimize paid advertising campaigns using Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Improve website visibility through SEO, content marketing, and search engine optimization techniques.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare detailed performance reports.
- Generate high quality leads and improve conversion rates through effective digital marketing campaigns.
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop engaging marketing materials.
- Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Manage marketing budgets and maximize return on investment (ROI).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing
- Strong experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools
- Excellent knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and lead generation
- Experience in campaign planning, optimization, and performance analysis
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with graphic design or video editing tools is an advantage
- Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or other digital marketing certifications are an advantage
- Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms is a plus
