- Create and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns
- Create and manage Google Ads campaigns
- Design advertising creatives, flyers, banners, and social media content
- Generate qualified buyer leads for Dubai real estate projects
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize lead generation costs
- Prepare weekly performance reports
- Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead quality and campaign results
Requirements
- Experience running Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
- Experience using Canva, Photoshop, or similar design software
- Strong understanding of lead generation and performance marketing
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of campaigns
- Real estate marketing experience is preferred
- Digital marketing: 1 year (Required)

- Binarya Properties LLC is a growing Dubai real estate brokerage. We are looking for a creative and results driven Digital Marketing Executive who can independently create advertising creatives and manage Meta and Google advertising campaigns to generate qualified buyer leads.

Compensation
- AED 5,000 – AED 7,000 monthly salary
- Performance incentives based on sales generated from marketing campaigns
