Responsibilities
- Create and edit Instagram Reels, videos, and social media content
- Capture café ambiance, food, beverages, events, and behind the scenes moments
- Manage Instagram posts, stories, and daily engagement
- Respond to customer messages, comments, and reviews
- Promote events, offers, and new product launches creatively
- Coordinate with customers and support marketing activities
- Bring fresh content ideas and creative marketing concepts
- Help build a fun, engaging, and growing online presence for the cafe
Requirements
- Experience in digital marketing/social media management (preferred 4 years)
- Ability to shoot and edit reels/videos creatively
- Presentable, energetic, and customer friendly personality
- Good communication skills
- Enjoys café, food, hospitality, and lifestyle content creation
- Ability to manage social media activities independently
- Comfortable working from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM (Dubai Time)
