Responsibilities
- Optimize website copy, landing pages, meta tags, and headings to increase organic rankings
- Monitor website health, fix broken links, improve site speed recommendations, and ensure mobile friendliness
- Identify high value keywords to drive targeted organic traffic
- Track, report, and analyze website analytics (Google Analytics, Search Console) to refine search strategy
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule across all core social media handles (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
- Monitor social channels, engage with community, and respond to comments and messages timely
- Stay on top of viral trends, audio, and platform updates to keep content fresh and relevant
- Work closely with the creative team to ensure visuals match platform specifications
Requirements
- Solid understanding of search engine algorithms, link building, and tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Google Search Console
- Native familiarity with algorithms, hashtags, and engagement strategies for modern social networks
- Basic familiarity with CMS platforms (like WordPress) and graphic/video tools (like Canva) is a major plus
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to work full time on site at Dubai office
