Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms
- Manage and grow the company's social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Google Business Profile)
- Create engaging content, including posts, reels, videos, blogs, and email campaigns
- Design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, and promotional creatives
- Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Generate high quality leads for mortgage, business finance, and other financial services
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular marketing reports
- Improve website traffic and search rankings through SEO best practices
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for branding and promotional activities
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and recommend innovative marketing strategies
Requirements
- Freshers with strong digital marketing knowledge are encouraged to apply
- Experience in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, or graphic design is an advantage
- Knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and email marketing is preferred
- Basic understanding of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar creative tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree or relevant digital marketing certification is preferred but not mandatory
