Responsibilities
- Manage all company social media platforms
- Develop and implement monthly content plans
- Capture professional photos and videos at project sites, offices, and events
- Edit engaging videos for Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and promotional campaigns
- Create graphics and marketing materials for digital platforms
- Write engaging captions and marketing content in Arabic (and English when required)
- Plan, launch, and optimize digital advertising campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare performance reports
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform algorithms
- Collaborate with the management team to strengthen the company's online presence and generate business leads
Requirements
- Fluent in Arabic (English is an advantage)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing and social media management
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous work
- Experience managing Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Snapchat
- Strong videography and photography skills
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve
- Experience using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar design tools
- Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social media analytics
- Excellent communication and content creation skills
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
