Overview

Digital Marketing

• Manage and grow company social media platforms
• Create and schedule content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital channels
• Run and monitor digital marketing campaigns
• Handle basic SEO and online promotions
• Coordinate marketing creatives and branding activities
• Track campaign performance and prepare reports

Erp & It Support

• Provide first-level ERP/application support to users
• Troubleshoot basic system and application issues
• Support daily ERP operations and reporting
• Coordinate with technical teams for issue resolution
• Assist in testing, deployments, and documentation

Ai & Technical Support

• Use AI tools and prompts to support automation and deployment activities
• Assist in basic coding, scripting, and configuration tasks
• Support website/content updates and minor technical changes
• Work with modern tools for productivity and automation improvements

Required Skills

• Knowledge of digital marketing and social media management
• Basic understanding of ERP systems or business applications
• Basic coding knowledge (Python, JavaScript, SQL, or scripting preferred)
• Familiarity with AI tools such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or AI prompt-based workflows
• Good communication and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Marketing, Business, or related field
• Experience in ERP support, digital marketing, or automation projects
• Knowledge of tools like Canva, Meta Ads, Google Ads, WordPress, or CRM systems is an advantage
