- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns
- Generate high quality leads through organic and paid channels
- Manage and grow company profiles on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, and other platforms
- Optimize company website and content for search engines
- Manage and maintain WordPress websites
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns
- Manage company YouTube channel
- Manage Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and related tools
- Manage Meta Business Suite and advertising campaigns
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, IT, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in digital marketing

Role Description
- We are seeking an experienced and results driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Dubai.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company's digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and support business growth in the construction and contracting sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns.
- Generate high quality leads through organic and paid channels.
- Plan and manage online advertising campaigns.
- Monitor and optimize marketing performance to maximize ROI.
- Manage and grow company profiles on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, and other relevant platforms.
- Create engaging content, graphics, videos, and marketing materials.
- Plan monthly content calendars and posting schedules.
- Monitor audience engagement and respond professionally.
- Optimize company website and content for search engines.
- Improve rankings on Google and other search platforms.
- Implement GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategies to improve visibility on AI powered search platforms.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, IT, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in digital marketing.
- Strong expertise in: Social Media Marketing, SEO & GEO (AI Search Optimization), Google Ads, Meta Ads, WordPress, HTML & CSS, Email Marketing, YouTube Marketing, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Content Creation, Lead Generation, Marketing Automation.
- Experience in construction, contracting, real estate, or engineering sectors is an advantage.
- Excellent English communication skills (Arabic is a plus).

- Google Analytics Certification.

- Meta Blueprint Certification.
- SEO related certifications.
- Experience with AI marketing tools and automation platforms.
