Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube), Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads.
- Conduct A/B testing on ads, audiences, and landing pages.
- Improve ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Manage and allocate advertising budgets efficiently.
- Lead SEO initiatives to improve organic visibility.
- Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Optimize landing pages for performance and ranking.
- Design and implement B2B and B2C lead generation strategies.
- Implement remarketing and retargeting campaigns.
- Optimize customer acquisition funnels.
- Manage company social profiles with a performance driven approach.
- Monitor KPIs including CPL, CAC, ROAS, conversion rate and deliver monthly performance reports.
Requirements
- 2 4+ years of experience in digital performance marketing
- Proven experience managing paid campaigns with measurable results
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads
- Strong analytical and data driven mindset
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Ability to work full time onsite in Dubai

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in domains, hosting, SaaS, or cloud services.
- Google Ads / Google Analytics certifications.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
- Familiarity with MENA or international digital markets.
