Role Description
- The Digital Marketing Director is a part time role based in Dubai with a hybrid work arrangement.
- This role oversees the development and execution of digital marketing strategies to support SetuServ’s positioning in AI, analytics, and Life Sciences solutions.
- Day to day responsibilities include planning and managing digital campaigns across channels, optimizing the company’s online presence, and driving targeted lead generation initiatives.
- The Digital Marketing Director will collaborate with leadership and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals, analyze performance using web analytics tools, and refine campaign tactics based on data driven insights.
- The role also involves managing external vendors or agencies as needed and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all digital touchpoints.
Qualifications
- Ability to design and implement comprehensive digital strategy and marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
- Experience in e commerce and lead generation to drive qualified traffic, nurture prospects, and support revenue growth.
- Proficiency in web analytics and performance measurement to interpret data, optimize campaigns, and report on key metrics.
- Strong understanding of B2B digital marketing within technology, AI, analytics, or Life Sciences sectors is highly beneficial.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing cross functional stakeholders, agencies, and digital projects in a hybrid work environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate complex technical offerings into clear value propositions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Comfort with data driven decision making and familiarity with modern marketing platforms, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.
