Administrative support

• Create vendors and process purchase orders in internal systems.
• Follow up on training-related invoices with vendors and the finance team.
• Prepare quarterly product IR forms with the team.
• Organize files and internal databases for training materials and vendors.

Profile

• Recently graduated in Business, Marketing, Communication, Education, or a related field.
• Strong interest in digital tools, training coordination and operations, and the luxury or beauty industry.
• Comfortable with spoken and written English.
• Arabic or French is advantageous.
• Basic knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and Canva or other design tools is advantageous.
• Organized, detail-oriented, willing to learn, communicative, adaptable, and able to solve problems.
