Position Overview
The Digital Learning Trainee will support digital learning tools and materials for the MEIA region.
The role provides hands-on exposure to e-learning development, training coordination, learning systems, and administrative processes.
The trainee will work with the Regional Digital Learning Manager on learning-platform operations and digital training strategies.
Training Materials
- Assist with uploading and organizing PDFs, visuals, and videos on the e-learning platform.
- Localize and format digital content through proofreading, translation checks, and simple visual edits.
- Test content by reviewing module flow and checking for broken links or bugs.
Platform and User Management
- Maintain user lists and access rights in the learning platform.
- Track learner activity and download basic reports from Excel or system exports.
- Flag technical issues to the team or service provider rather than solving them directly.
